Instructions:
(1) Check all accessories and instruments before starting and check if the connections are tight.
(2) Unscrew the screw plug on the cooler housing and slowly open the inlet valve (the drain valve is closed at this time). When the oil is full, close the inlet valve and screw on the screw plug.
(3) Unscrew the exhaust valve in the cooler line, and then slowly open the inlet valve of the cooling water (at this time, the drain valve is closed). When the water is full, close the inlet valve and the exhaust valve. Water and oil are in a stationary state. After heat exchange, the temperature difference gradually decelerates.
(4) When the water temperature rises 5-10 °C, open the cooling water and oil discharge valve, and then gradually open the inlet valve of the cooling water and oil, so that the cooling water and oil in a flowing state, to achieve the purpose of heat exchange. Then adjust the cooling water flow to ensure that the oil temperature is at normal operating temperature.
(5) When the cooler stops due to a fault or normal operation, shut off the oil and water and enter the valve during the operation process. Turn off the oil and water discharge valve, and then loosen the oil drainage screw plug to drain the accumulated oil in the cooler. .
Precautions:
(1) When starting the chiller work, do not open the water inlet valve quickly. When a large amount of cooling water flows through the chiller, the surface of the heat exchange tube will form a layer of “supercooled layer” with poor thermal conductivity. Can not reach the best use of cold and heat exchange.
(2) If electrochemical corrosion occurs on the water side, an anti-galvanized zinc rod may be installed on the water side (reserved hole).
(3) The cooling water is usually purified fresh water as a cooling medium. Prevent scale formation. The cooling water temperature should be as low as possible and the flow rate should be larger.
(4) The side pressure of the cooler oil should be greater than the water side pressure.
(5) In the cold season, the cooling water should be drained when the cooler is not working, so as not to freeze the cooling pipes.
(6) The interior of the cooler should be cleaned every 6-8 months.
cleaning method:
(1) Wash the inner wall of the front and rear covers with clean water at a high speed. The inner wall of the pipe can be scrubbed with a straightener and cleaned with compressed air.
