In large and medium-sized industrial production, a large amount of hot air is required for the production process. Therefore, a steam radiator with small thermal inertia, rapid temperature rise, simple installation, and low investment is used to heat the indoor and outdoor air and use it in the production of vehicles, which can greatly increase production efficiency and reduce production costs. Reference plan
1. On-site conditions:
Air volume: 6000m3/h Inlet air temperature: 15°C
Heater: 8kg/cm2 (saturated steam)
2. Solve the problem:
a. The wind of 6000m3/h is heated from 15°C to 130°C;
b. The steam radiator has good thermal performance, high pressure, and corrosion resistance;
c. Air heating system with rapid temperature rise, small temperature gradient, simple equipment installation and low investment;
d. Provide a constant hot air for the production site, with constant temperature and low energy consumption;
e. The steam radiator has a long service life, once and for all.
