Fin condenser is a high-energy-efficient heat transfer device for refrigerant, cold and hot water and air. The condenser manifold can be made of galvanized tube, copper tube or stainless steel tube, with ordinary aluminum foil or hydrophilic aluminum foil and other fins. The end guard plate of condenser is galvanized plate or stainless steel plate. The condenser is of complete variety, good quality and reasonable design. The heat exchange effect is good.

1, the condensing temperature is too high (condensation temperature: the condensing temperature of refrigerant in the condenser).

If the cooling water is insufficient, the high-temperature gas discharged by the compressor can not be effectively cooled, so that the condensation temperature will be raised, enough water should be provided.

Cooling water temperature is too high: so that the high-temperature gas discharged from the compressor can not be exchanged well, so that the condensation temperature increases, so the cooling water to take appropriate cooling measures.

(3) The vacuum and dryness of refrigeration system are low, so that the condensation temperature rises. The solution is to improve the vacuum of the system.

2. Condensation temperature is too low:

The refrigerant quantity in the system is insufficient: the refrigerant should be added to the instructions.

2. The temperature of cooling water is too low or the flow of water is too large: it should be adjusted according to the cooling capacity and temperature difference.

3, too much scale in condenser.

The scale in the condenser is mainly composed of bicarbonate, sulfate and chloride, silicon dioxide and other impurities in the cooling water containing a lot of Ca, Ma, Na elements. The existence of these substances makes the water have certain hardness. After the formation of scale, the flow resistance of water increases, the heat exchange efficiency decreases, resulting in the condensation temperature. The capacity of refrigeration is increased and power consumption is increased. In severe cases, the tube wall is eroded.

In order to prevent such accidents, clean water should be used, if the water quality does not meet the requirements, chemical water treatment should be used. If the cooling water is seawater, measures should be taken in the design to prevent corrosion of pipes and equipment by seawater and adhesion or blockage of aquatic organisms and plants to pipes and equipment.
